The Strawberry Moon is all about tapping into your creativity, transformation, reflection, and enjoyment. This month, I've created (3) simmer pot recipes to go along with the companion book.

In addition to (3) simmer pot recipes as well as what to do with your simmer pot ingredients afterwards, the companion book also includes the basics of the Strawberry Moon, associations to the Strawberry Moon, monkey symbolism, June activities, how to make sun water, Journal Prompts for June, and more.

Each Strawberry Moon 2022 Simmer Pot Kit Includes:

• A June 2022 Strawberry Moon Book including information about the Strawberry Moon, journal prompts, activities suggested for June, as well as the ingredients & meanings for each recipe.
• (1) Strawberry Moon Recipe with approx. 1.25 cups of dry ingredients
• (1) Transformation Recipe with approx. 1.25 cups of dry ingredients
• (1) Communications Recipe with approx. 1.25 cups of dry ingredients
•  Information included in the book about simmer pots, how to use them, and recipes you can re-create.

Each mini bag includes approx. 1.25 cups worth of dry ingredients. As each bag is mixed and filled by hand, with all natural ingredients, the weight may vary. As many of you know, I'm all about mini simmer pots. In a mini simmer pot, 1 cup of ingredients will go a long way.

All ingredients are listed in the informational Strawberry Moon Book - including the symbolism of each ingredient. Ingredients used to create the Strawberry Moon recipe include: coconut flakes, blueberries, mugwort, peppermint, chamomile, parsley, rose, orange, dandelions, calendula, lavender, mustard seeds, bay leaf, rice, and cherries.
