May 2022 Flower Moon Simmer Pot Recipe With Book

The Flower Moon 2022 arrives on 05.16.22.

The Flower Moon is all about laughter, pleasure, development, intuition, and joy. With most things, as I continue to create I continue to grow and shift. For May's Flower Moon I have simplified things. 

For May, I created a Flower Moon Simmer Pot Recipe included in this month's kit. While there are a total of (5) simmer pot recipes in the companion book, this kit only includes the Flower Moon recipe. 

In addition to (5) simmer pot recipes as well as what to do with your simmer pot ingredients afterwards, the companion book also includes the basics of the Flower Moon, associations to the Flower Moon, Dove symbolism, Full Moon Affirmations, Journal Prompts for May, and more.

Each Mini Simmer Pot Flower Moon 2022 Kit Includes:

• A May 2022 Flower Moon Book including information about the Flower Moon, journal prompts, activities suggested for each, as well as the ingredients & meanings for each recipe.
• (1) Flower Moon Recipe with approx. 1 cup of dry ingredients
•  Information included in the book about simmer pots, how to use them, and recipes you can re-create.

Each mini bag includes approx. 1 cup worth of dry ingredients. As each bag is mixed and filled by hand, with all natural ingredients, the weight may vary slightly. As many of you know, I'm all about mini simmer pots. In a mini simmer pot, 1 cup of ingredients will go a long way. So I am also including a free biodegradable tea bag with a couple of suggestions on what else you could do with your recipe.

All ingredients are listed in the informational Flower Moon Book - including the symbolism of each ingredient. Ingredients used to create the Flower Moon recipe include: cinnamon, mugwort, lemon, peppermint, parsley, thyme, and egg shells.
